The Sustainable Energy Systems Laboratory (SESLAB) at the University of  Perugia, Italy, is a research and prototyping interdepartmental laboratory. Its  activities are focused on the sustainability of energy systems and on the energy  and environmental soundness of industrial processes, particularly in the agro-food  industry. SES-LAB research activities and facilities are carried out at the  Department of Engineering (www.ing.unipg.it), the Biomass Research Center  (www.crbnet.it), the Italian Brewing Research Center (www.cerb.unipg.it) and the  Formula Student project (www.racingteam.unipg.it) at the University of Perugia  (www.unipg.it). SESLAB staff counts 14 people among Ph.D Students, post docs and researchers  with engineering, biology and agro-industrial background. Senior scientist is prof.  ing. Francesco Fantozzi Ph.D.  SESLAB is a spin off of the Energy Systems group at the Department of  Engineering of the University of Perugia coordinated by prof. ing. Gianni Bidini,  Ph.D.
